This is Cleavers - all very unassuming. Very little comes and goes through this quiet Cul-de-Sac except after it's rained a lot, when most of the water runs down the hill, across the road and through the back gardens of Hovendens!!

AND NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN, WE HAVE :-

 No, this is NOT the village Car Park...

Skinner Gardens : A fairly new housing development tacked on to the side of Cleavers - a sort of Close leading off another Close, all rather confusing really.  The new Primary School is located nearby. That'll please the late risers and afternoon snoozers!!!
